Publicly Visible On-Chain Data
The following data is visible to anyone on the Solana blockchain. This transparency is a feature, not a bug — it enables provably fair gaming and trustless verification.
Wallet Address
Your public Solana wallet address is visible in every transaction. This is a pseudonymous identifier — it is not directly linked to your real-world identity unless you publicly associate it.
Transaction History
All transactions (game purchases, claims, transfers) are permanently recorded on the Solana blockchain and viewable by anyone via block explorers like Solscan.
Game Outcomes
Game results, bet amounts, and payouts are recorded on-chain to ensure provably fair verification. Anyone can audit any game outcome.
Smart Contract Interactions
Every interaction with LUCKI smart contracts (buying tickets, claiming prizes, etc.) is publicly logged as a Solana transaction.
Why Transparency Matters
On-chain transparency means you never have to "trust" LUCKI. Every game result, every payout, every fee is publicly verifiable. This is the opposite of traditional platforms where everything happens behind closed doors.
Local Storage & Cookies
LUCKI uses browser local storage and cookies only for essential functionality. We do not use any form of tracking or advertising cookies.

Theme Preference
Your selected display theme (dark/light mode) so your preference persists between visits.
Cached Game Results
Recent game results are cached locally for faster page loads. This data is already public on-chain.
Wallet Connection State
Whether you previously connected a wallet, so you do not need to reconnect every visit.
NO Tracking Cookies
LUCKI does NOT use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, analytics cookies, or any third-party tracking technology designed to follow your activity across the web. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any similar service.
You can clear all locally stored data at any time by clearing your browser's local storage and cookies for this site. This will not affect your on-chain data or wallet.
Third-Party Services
LUCKI relies on a small number of third-party infrastructure providers to operate. These services have their own privacy policies that govern their data handling practices.
Provides reliable connection to the Solana blockchain. Processes your transaction requests and returns on-chain data. May log IP addresses per their privacy policy.
Acts as a backup RPC provider to ensure platform reliability. Handles blockchain queries when primary provider is unavailable.
Serves the LUCKI website and protects against denial-of-service attacks. May process IP addresses and basic request metadata for security purposes.

LUCKI is a non-custodial platform. This means we never have access to your funds, private keys, or seed phrases. Security of your wallet is entirely in your hands.

Data Retention
Since LUCKI collects minimal data, our retention policy is straightforward.
On-Chain Data
Permanent. Blockchain transactions are immutable and cannot be deleted by anyone. This is a property of the Solana blockchain, not a choice by LUCKI.
Local Storage Data
Until you clear it. You have full control over local browser data and can delete it at any time via your browser settings.
Server Logs
If any basic server logs are generated by our hosting infrastructure (Cloudflare), they are subject to the provider's retention schedule and are not used by LUCKI for any purpose.
Children's Privacy
LUCKI is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18 (or the legal gambling/gaming age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
Since we do not collect personal information, we cannot knowingly determine the age of our users. However, by using the platform, you represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction. If we become aware that a minor is using the platform, we will take appropriate steps as required by law.
Changes to This Policy
