Please read these terms carefully. By accessing or using the LUCKI platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and all terms incorporated by reference.

1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LUCKI platform (the “Site”), including all subdomains and associated services. The Site is an interface for interacting with the Solana blockchain. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Site.
2. No Real Money Gaming / Regulatory Notice
THIS IS NOT A GAMBLING SITE.
The Site provides a gamified interface for blockchain interaction. The following definitions and distinctions apply:
- “Tickets” are NFTs / digital collectibles on the Solana blockchain, not wagers or bets.
- “Prizes” are blockchain-based rewards distributed via smart contracts, not gambling winnings.
- We do not hold custody of your funds at any time.
- We do not operate a traditional casino or sportsbook.
- All transactions occur directly on the Solana blockchain via publicly auditable smart contracts.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this Site.
Residents of the following jurisdictions are strictly prohibited from using this Site (“Restricted Territories”):
This also includes any other jurisdiction where crypto-assets or blockchain gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
Use of a VPN or any other method to circumvent geographic restrictions is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent forfeiture of any assets on the platform.
4. Assumption of Risk
By using the Site, you acknowledge and accept the following risks inherent to blockchain technology and decentralized applications:
Smart Contract Risk
The protocol operates on public smart contracts deployed to the Solana blockchain. While we strive for the highest level of security through audits and testing, bugs, exploits, or undiscovered vulnerabilities may result in partial or total loss of funds.
Blockchain Risk
The Solana network may experience congestion, rollbacks, outages, or consensus failures that could affect gameplay, transaction finality, or the availability of the Site.
Volatility
The value of SOL and other crypto-assets can fluctuate significantly. The fiat-equivalent value of any rewards or assets on the platform may decrease substantially or become worthless at any time.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site developers, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
You agree that your use of the Site is at your sole risk. The Site is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
6. Indemnification
You agree to release and indemnify the Site operators, developers, contributors, and their respective affiliates from any and all liability, claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site. This includes, but is not limited to, losses resulting from smart contract failures, wallet security breaches, regulatory actions in your jurisdiction, or your violation of these Terms.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, at our sole discretion. When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Site immediately.
